BWYQ L4 Progression to Diploma (RQF) 

This course is for those who have successfully finished their Teacher Training Certificates but feel they would like to study more pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy and subtle points in asana to complete their training to the Diploma level. This course will build on their previous teacher training that would have included yoga anatomy, basic breathing, lesson and course planning and the responsibilities of a yoga teacher. Students’ progress will be assessed through written assignments, presentations, microteaching of peers, keeping pranayama and meditation diary, observation of personal classes.

Course:  Online & Hybrid for 3 x days 

The course will be run predominantly online on Thursday evenings.  There will be a chance to meet in person in Oxford for three full days on Sundays throughout the course.  If you are too far away to attend these will be hybrid so you can take place online instead.
