Colin Fordham is very experienced in teaching First Aid Days and is also a longstanding yoga teacher. This means that the training will be specific to you as a yoga teacher. He has a wealth of knowledge and is an engaging tutor.
It is advisable that students wear comfortable clothes, which are practical for various role-play situations (e.g. safety footwear, tracksuits, jeans etc. – not skirts). Please do not wear lipstick as this marks the models when practising. For those with long hair, a hair band will help when practising techniques. All students should be in full health on the days of the course as there may be some practical work involved. Students will be issued with a manual during the course, which has space for small amounts of note-taking. Students will receive a certificate at the end of the training.
Join us for this very interesting day 9.00am until 4.00pm. There will be two 30 minute breaks.
PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AT 8:45AM - PASSPORT OR DRIVING LICENCE.
Please bring along a notepad and pen, a yoga mat and a packed lunch and refreshments.
In case of Cancellation
1. The event organiser will offer to transfer a person to another event which is on the BWY website.
2. If this is not possible the event organiser will follow the BWY cancellation policy: • Within 2 months of the event a full refund can be made • Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to the event 50% of the fee (a full refund can be made if there is a waiting list for the event) • 1 month to 1 week – 25% of fee paid • 7 days notice no refund.
3. The event organiser will ask the Treasurer to refund the person by BACS – cheque refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
